This opens doors to discovering possible deep rooted causes of the issue at hand. This identification is helpful - followed by a process to set right and heal these misunderstandings about our inherent Self Worth…which frees us to realize greater Life Expectations:

THE WORK

Life is constantly giving us opportunities to learn and grow. If we have the perception and training, Life then becomes a wonderful and positive journey, even during challenging times.

When we live from this more evolved perspective, we have opportunities to move out of limitation, recognize our deeper needs, and take steps to meet them.

Life will meet us on the same level bringing Grace and opportunities when we use the positive approach of Spiritual Psychology.

I use the positive approach of Spiritual Psychology in my work. I also use traditional Counseling Practices and Modalities. I am quite perceptive and intuitive. This greatly helps to access the source of a person’s difficulties. I then can help reframe, support, and meet their greater needs - whether practical or a deeper level.

This ability is the reason why I’ve been told that by working with me one can accomplish in several sessions what would have taken months elsewhere. It is a privilege to interact sincerely and intimately with others, for the greater good of all mankind.

    • I experienced and learned Transformative Practices, Modalities, Tools and Skills. This was an interactive process where the student was their own case study… we applied personally what was learned! We grew in who we are - and in understanding - becoming better able to help others.

    • During these deeply inquiring years, I underwent many powerful Initiations, Meditations and Profound Instruction in Ancient Eastern Philosophy. Originally from Australia, I lived in Hong Kong, London, and New York, before settling in Los Angeles.

Over the past thirty years, I have been deeply engaged in the process of spiritual inquiry, and been fortunate to experience world class teachers, resulting in profound insights, growth and transformation. My own inner growth has been of paramount importance in working with others.

I worked professionally as an actress in Hollywood, California, and performed starring roles in 14 films for theatrical and television release. I also performed as a Guest Spot in television shows and performed on stage.

I returned to school to study Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica in their two-year Master’s Program, graduating in 2000.

I have been in Private Practice, coaching and consulting in Spiritual Psychology since 2001.
